Carl-Peter Reinecke is the Managing Director, and has over 15 years experience in property development, building science engineering and project management. He brings a specialization in advanced construction systems to enhance the returns of net-zero real estate investment projects. He has collaborated with leading architecture firms, consulted governments and guest-lectured internationally on the subjects of deep-green sustainable design and construction. Fluent in German, English and French, Peter is based in Canada.
marc vandenbossche (retired)
Marc Vandenbossche has over 30 years experience as a developer, investor and senior director for major capital projects across France and Switzerland (office, retail, institutional/medical, hospitality, senior living, etc). He has in-depth knowledge of construction finance and real estate management. Among his more notable successes include being the senior project manager of the construction of the Credit Agricole Bank headquarters, France’s first “energy positive” commercial building. Fluent in French and English, Marc leads MVPR’s operations in Switzerland.
